Critical Illness Protection Plans
Get added financial security while you recover from a critical illness. Sears customers may choose between two Critical Illness Plans – Serious Illness Protection Plan and Serious Illness Protection Plan Plus. Both pay you cash if you are diagnosed and treated for a heart attack, stroke or cancer.
The Serious Illness Protection Plan
The Serious Illness Protection Plan offers three levels of coverage, Basic, Enhanced and Deluxe, with premiums as low as $9.95 per month for Sears customers who are between the ages of 18 and 64.
The Serious Illness Protection Plus Plan
The Serious Illness Protection Plus Plan offers two levels of coverage, Basic and Enhanced, with premiums as low as $16.95 per month for Sears customers who are between the ages of 50 and 64.
